Bethel Church loves kids and families! We are passionate about providing opportunities for kids to hear the Word of God, experience the love of Christ, and become disciples of Jesus. We desire to partner with parents and support them as they raise their children to love and serve Christ. We are looking for a passionate and motivated leader who loves helping our kids reach those goals. The Pastor/Director of Kids Ministry is responsible to pursue excellence in the ministries provided to children (newborn through 5th grade) and their families which includes programming that is engaging, of high quality, and safe.

We are seeking an energetic, highly organized person who is able to successfully manage multiple roles and duties which support the many initiatives of Bethel’s robust and multifaceted Communications Department. In 2024, Bethel will significantly increase its use of media. We’re going both deeper and wider, and this will create (and require) a new level of efficiency at every touchpoint in the ideation and execution process. This role is designed to provide support to all these efforts.

The Pastor of Community Life is responsible to oversee several different categories of adult discipleship ministry at the Crown Point Campus. While the specific categories are somewhat flexible depending on individual giftset and experience, the role will include some oversight of small group ministry. The position emphasizes making relational connections throughout the church, leading discipleship programming structure and direction, coordinating leadership development efforts, and providing care and shepherding to congregants in need. This position provides some church-wide leadership but also has specific shepherding and discipleship ministry responsibilities particular to the Crown Point Campus.

The Pastor of Regional Outreach is responsible to mobilize Bethel Church attendees and ministry groups to have a gospel impact in our immediate community. The position emphasizes networking, recruiting, training, resourcing, and mobilizing the Bethel Church congregation to engage with the practical and spiritual needs of our region, for the ultimate purpose of making disciples of Jesus Christ whose lives are All About Him. This position provides church-wide leadership but also has specific shepherding and discipleship ministry responsibilities particular to the Crown Point Campus.
