Bethel Church loves kids and families! We are passionate about providing opportunities for kids to hear the Word of God, experience the love of Christ, and become disciples of Jesus. We desire to partner with parents and support them as they raise their children to love and serve Christ. We are looking for a passionate and motivated leader who loves helping our kids reach those goals. The Pastor/Director of Kids Ministry is responsible to pursue excellence in the ministries provided to children (newborn through 5th grade) and their families which includes programming that is engaging, of high quality, and safe.

The Crown Point Campus Pastor is responsible to lead efforts that provide pastoral care, connections ministry, small group discipleship, and leadership development at Bethel’s Crown Point location. This role works in close collaboration with the Senior Pastor and will be among the most visible leaders at the Crown Point Campus.

Bethel Church is in search of an Assistant Pastor or Director of Student Ministries to oversee the care and discipleship of middle school students, while also assisting in the leadership of the broader Student Ministry (Verge) at the Crown Point Campus. This role involves collaborating with the Pastor of Students to shepherd all aspects of Verge CP and ensure impactful discipleship for middle school students, their families, and their leaders.

We are seeking an energetic, highly organized person who is able to successfully manage multiple roles and duties which support the many initiatives of Bethel’s robust and multifaceted Communications Department. In 2024, Bethel will significantly increase its use of media. We’re going both deeper and wider, and this will create (and require) a new level of efficiency at every touchpoint in the ideation and execution process. This role is designed to provide support to all these efforts.
