The Highland Campus Pastor for Bethel Church is responsible to oversee the development, spiritual health, and growth of this multisite location. This role works in close collaboration with the senior leadership of Bethel and various staff teams (worship department, adult ministries, kids, youth, etc.) to accomplish transformative gospel ministry. This will be an entirely new location for Bethel Church, with a public opening planned for 2026. The Campus Pastor will be instrumental in efforts to prepare and launch this new location.
