Bethel Go Trips – Bethel Church and Ministries

Bethel Go Trips

Why should you consider participating in a GO Trip? Because God has a plan to reach peoples around the world, and we get to be a part of that by empowering our long-term ministry partners. GO Trips are beneficial for our ministry partners, our church, and your missional involvement and spiritual growth for the following reasons:

  1. Encouragement – Teams help advance the ministry work of established global partners in effective and beneficial ways. In addition, teams can also be of great encouragement to the missionaries and church leaders.
  2. Edification – GO Trips create connections between cultures, allowing opportunities to give and receive the love of Jesus.
  3. Engagement – GO Trips increase our church’s missions involvement through prayer and giving. The early church leaders are recorded in Scripture as also going on or sending others on short-term ministry trips.
  4. Exposure – GO Trips expose people to deep spiritual needs around the world in a way that no video, book, sermon, or pamphlet can accomplish. The team gains a better grasp of a global perspective, as well as a zeal and understanding for missions as a lifestyle, particularly in a cross-cultural setting. Some may even get called into lifelong missions.
